Fresco’s Farm Visit
Fresco’ Farm is on the beautiful hills of Shan State. The story of Fresco goes back to 2007 when it was funded by a group of agronomists and food enthusiast who are working together to bring healthy, delicious and fresh vegetables, salads and herbs to people. Fresco is committed to the production of clean nutritious vegetables, salads, and herbs; all products are grown by European experts locally, not imported and not air freight.
Your tour will start pick-up from your hotel and drive to the Fresco’ farm in Kalaw. On your way, enjoy the scenic hilly drive and picturesque landscapes. Upon arrival, you are welcomed by tea. And, Introduction of Fresco’s agribusiness and its contract farming model by Mr. Paolo Cerati, Fresco’s MD. And then, follow the farm tour and explanation of main crops, agricultural practices in Myanmar, constraint, and potential of the agricultural sector. Enjoy a fresh and delicious lunch at the farm and back to your hotel.
