This beautiful 9 holes course is located right on the beach. Actually it has 18 holes but due to the poor maintenance, only 9 holes are in good condition. But fairways are very dry due to lack of water. If you are interested in investing in a golf course, this is the good chance for you. You can talk to the authority concerned for detail procedure.
